Since the new Rocky movie came out (Rocky Balboa), I've decided to do a picture of Rocky. I took the picture off of IGN (thank you IGN) and I added features here and there, and created this. I'm not sure if I'll draw a picture of Rocky or not, but either way please enjoy my Rocky picture. Please check out Rocky Balboa in theatres.
